Kitchen Island Solutions

Kitchens are the heart of the home and require storage and counter space for busy families and entertaining.  While kitchens seem to be growing larger to accommodate these needs some still don't feature built-in islands, peninsulas or breakfast bars. We've found the perfect solution for kitchens requiring extra storage space.  Consider integrating a portable island or small kitchen cart! We found several great Kitchen Island options in the Belfort Furniture Clearance Center.

Pro Tip: Make sure to measure your open area in your kitchen to determine what size kitchen island or kitchen cart you can accommodate. If you are considering a center island, make sure you have plenty of space between your existing counter and where you'll place the island.  Open your drawers and cabinet doors to ensure there's ample room to do so when the island is in place.

If your kitchen cannot accommodate a center island consider a movable cart which can be used in a corner area of the kitchen and be relocated as needed.
